Original handcrafted miniature diorama.
Inspired by the corner of Myrtle Avenue and Broadway in Brooklyn, this one-of-a-kind street scene brings together a row of neighborhood storefronts, Dunkin’, Checkers and Popeyes, beside the stairs of the elevated subway station. Built and painted entirely by hand, it captures the details that make the corner feel real: the checkered trim, a street lamp hung with traffic and street-name signs, a bus stop sign, a pedestrian signal, and the weathered subway staircase and railing. Each element is individually crafted, assembled and finished, with subtle handmade variations throughout.
The miniature will be carefully packaged using protective materials selected specifically for its size and construction. Due to the delicate nature of miniature artwork, some smaller components may require minor adjustment or placement upon arrival.
